Ordering
At Midwest Bagpipe Supply we always work hard to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately. You can place orders online using our secure shopping cart or you can call in, e-mail, or mail your orders. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours via USPS or UPS service, so you can expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days (within the US).
Our normal store hours are Monday – Friday, 10 am – 5 pm EST.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. We also accept money orders and Cashier's Checks.
Shipping
Midwest Bagpipe Supply uses USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground as its primary shipping carriers. We will use whichever method is most appropriate for your location and the size and weight of your combined order. Whenever a tracking number is available, it will be supplied to you.

Note: These rates are for domestic shipping only (including Alaska and Hawaii),
and exclude Bass Drums and Hard Shell Bass Drum Cases.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. For same day shipment the order must be received by 4:00 pm EST. Normal UPS delivery is only provided weekdays M-F. Typical delivery days via UPS do not include weekends or holidays. "Next Day" orders placed on Friday would not be delivered until the following Monday.
International Shipping: International shipping charges vary widely depending on destination, size of package, weight of package, etc. Because of this variability, online orders will show a shipping charge of $0. After ordering, please check e-mail or phone messages regularly so that we may send shipping charge notification and receive your approval. We do this to ensure that shipping overseas shipping charges do not exceed what you are expecting or willing to pay.
If there is a specific service you would like to use, let us know with an e-mail, a phone call, or a message on your order, and we will determine the rate and provide it to you for approval. If no specific service is selected, we will determine which shipping method has the best balance of reliability, speed, and price. We prefer and recommend shipping methods that are guaranteed, insured, tracked or some combination of these. Should you choose a service that does not have these features, Midwest Bagpipe Supply is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
Also, any taxes or duties applied to your order after shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us immediately if you find any problem with a purchase. Please phone, fax or email for the quickest response.
Returns and Exchanges:
ALL returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. The original sales receipt, copy or note including all pertinent information (name, address, day time phone, email address, date of purchase, and reason for return) must also be included.
The shipping cost of returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. Except as noted below*.
ALL returned product is required to be in "like new" condition. Returns are subject to inspection and possible restocking charges.
Replacement products sent in exchange for a different size, color or similar item will be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground at no charge to the customer.
Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 10 days, appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.
* Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item sent:
Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately and save all packaging. Likewise, if an item is received in error, contact us as soon as possible.
In any of these instances, Midwest Bagpipe Supply will provide return postage, arrange for UPS return services or make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
Michigan Residents
Michigan residents are subject to 6% sales tax, which will be calculated upon checkout.
